Applications for sports related grants will open Oct 1st.
The grant request Form must be completely filled out.
- Complete the grant form.
- Have 2 references from a teacher or coach.
- Provide high school or college transcript. (If applying for a grant for school/college)
- Send your most recent 1040 tax form.
- Complete your application by the deadline on Wednesday, September 1st, 2023 at 11:59 PM CST.
