Our grant application deadlines are March 15th, June 15th, September 15th, and December 15th.
The Grant Committee reads every application and then meets in person to select the recipients. Our notification dates are on or before the 10th of the following month. (April, July, October, January). This gives the Grant Committee time to review and verify all documentation.
Complete the grant form in full. (Must be 21 or older to complete the grant form)
Grants must go directly to the business/School.
Applications must have 2 references from a teacher or coach. Teacher recommendations should be an honest appraisal of a student’s academic performance.
Provide a copy of the student’s school or college tuition statement for Tuition grants.
At this time we are accepting one grant application per family for grants between $35 and $750.
Businesses will have 3 months to cash the grant check. After 3 months un-cashed checks will automatically be voided. If a business check re-issued they will need to reach out to the Treasurer to have the check re-issued. There may be a charge for reissued checks.
