What is this event:
Top golf has rented out TCF Stadium. There will be 24 golf bays, with up to 6 guests per bay. The bays are reserved by the hour, so some groups may golf two hours and some may only do an hour.
Each bay will have about a 45 min window to order and delivery food and beverage, so this will go quick.
So at a 10,000 foot level, each server would have 3-4 bays depending on the time of day and the level of business.
Each volunteer will be working as a server. Taking orders and delivering food.
We will be running 2 shifts per day 8am 3:30pm and 3pm- 10:30pm
We are still working on the minimum donation but it is expected to $135 for the morning shift and $125 for the evening shift. However we are expecting to commission each event plus we can take tips on credit cards as well as cash.
Uniform: Black shorts and polo (Polo will be provided by the stadium). Black non slip shoes
Minimum Age: 18 as we will be serving Alcohol.
Training: There will be required training on the 7th that you must attend to volunteer this event. As soon as I know more information on the training I will let you know.
Parking: Unknown at this time but we expect that the venue will provide parking.
